Good Friday & Easter holiday closures; No trash delay

“Municipal facilities, including Town Hall, libraries, the community center, and senior centers, are closed on Friday, April 3, in observance of Good Friday.

Trash collection will remain on schedule with no delay.

The Yard Waste & Recycling Center will be closed on April 3rd. Saturday hours will resume on April 11th.

An annual permit is required to dispose of items at the Recycling Center. Permitted residents have unlimited access to the Yard Waste and Recycling Center at no additional charge for recycling items such as mattresses/box springs, e-waste, textiles, yard waste, aggregate waste, single-stream recycling, paint, books, cardboard, and metals. Click here to purchase a permit.

The public libraries are open on Saturday, April 4, but will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 5.

Cornerstone Aquatics Center is open. The pool schedule is accessible online, or call the front desk at 860-561-8270 to find the best time for your visit. Cornerstone will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 5.

Westmoor Park farm hours are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, and park trails and grounds hours are open 8 a.m. to dusk.
