INNOVATION IN CONNECTICUT Cinema and WEST HARTFORD TV Premiere
Hundreds of Connecticut’s most influential ...leaders in industry, public service, education, and philanthropy will gather this week to celebrate the state’s history of innovation as showcased in a UConn-produced documentary.
The wide-ranging documentary, which runs about 55 minutes, was initiated by UConn President Dr. Radenka Maric.
Documentary filmmaker Dr. Zeljko Mirkovic, a UConn associate research professor at the Werth Institute, directed the project and takes a wide-ranging look at Connecticut’s history of innovation and its role in advancing American progress in myriad fields.
“Innovation in Connecticut” is a feature documentary project delving into the rich tapestry of Connecticut’s history of innovation, showcasing both established pioneers in various fields as well as emerging young innovators.”
