revisions to the approved Special Development District plan (SDD #113) located at 40
South Main Street, 65 Memorial Road, and 75 Isham Road, also known as Blue Back
Square. The request is for approval of a minor architectural amendment to the existing Rutherford Building, additional signage along South Main Street and elimination of an accessory structure on Isham Road.
