Any resident or taxpayer of the Town who wishes to address the Council during the
Public Hearing may do so in person. A sign-up sheet will be available one half hour
before the meeting. Each speaker will have three minutes to address the Council.
If you are unable to attend the Public Hearing, written comments may be submitted to
comment@westhartfordct.gov no later than April 17, 2026, in order to be included in the
public record. The "subject" of the email shall be "Town Budget" and the body of the
email must begin with the interested person(s) full name and street address.
